Associate Professor at the Department of Didactics and School Organization, Faculty of Education. Nowdays, she is the secretary of the Department. She teaches in different Master and Degree programmes. The school organization, leadership and social inclusion are their main research scopes. Before joining the University of Murcia, she was working with fellowship from the Andalucia government to develop her PhD research on school inclusion and alternative Education. She has been involved in the Erasmus Intensive Programmes from 2009 t 'Leadership for democratic citizenship in European schools' (2011-2013) on behalf of University of Murcia.
